Agreement

By accessing https://pt.kaimafind.com (including /zh and related pages) or contacting KaimaLabel for power tools private-label programs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit inquiries.

Who we are

KaimaLabel helps distributors, importers, and brand owners run power tools house brand / private label programs: procurement match, packaging private label & logo, quality & compliance orientation for markets such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the USA. We are a private-label brand partner, not an end-consumer retail brand, and not a software SaaS vendor.

Website content

  • Site content is for general business information. It is not a binding quote, warranty, or certification guarantee.
  • Certification status is disclosed per project (ready / in progress / can start). We do not invent UL/ETL/CE or other marks.
  • We do not guarantee retail chain listing or sales performance in your market.

Inquiries and projects

Submitting a PL brief or message does not create a manufacturing or supply contract. Commercial terms (scope, pricing, lead time, samples, deposits, IP/logo use, inspection) are agreed in writing for each program. Factories and logistics partners may be involved under separate arrangements.

Intellectual property

  • Your logos and brand assets remain yours. You represent that you have rights to materials you send us.
  • Site design, copy, and KaimaLabel marks remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
  • You may not scrape the site for competing automated reuse beyond normal browsing and search indexing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (attacks, fraud, spam, illegal content, or attempts to break security). We may block access that harms the service or other users.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES arising from use of the site or reliance on general content. Project liability, if any, is governed by the written commercial agreement for that project.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify KaimaLabel against claims arising from materials you provide (including logo/IP claims) or your misuse of the site, to the extent allowed by law.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

Unless a signed project contract states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity as designated in project documents. Courts with jurisdiction over that entity shall hear disputes related solely to website use, subject to mandatory consumer or local rules where they apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Project contracts already signed are not retroactively changed by website terms alone.
